100% best vape shop in greater Puget sound area. Family owned, amazing customer service, large inventory. This company cares about their customers and it shows!

Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced—not just at a vape shop, but at any business, period. Oz, Brittany, and Conner are incredibly friendly, super knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping you out. They have a massive selection and great prices, too. You really won’t find a better place to shop!

If I could give more than 5 stars to any place it would definitely be this one. The whole staff especially Brittainy's knowledge and customer service goes above and beyond. There's so many options and the prices are amazing despite all the new taxes that keep getting imposed on these products and they have cute doggies that help out the store too! There are many vape shops around but this one is an absolute must to check out and worth the drive to get your necessities~

This place is my go-to for disposable vapes. They have the best dessert flavors AND they carry Fifty Bar. I can't find Fifty anywhere, and certainly not the flavors they have like strawberry donut cereal milk 😍 Not only is their vape and juice selection five star by itself but the guy who runs the shop is a five star character. Very chill, knowledgeable, accurately recommends products, and offers delivery, curbside pickup and shipping. You cannot go wrong with NW Vape. Now when it comes to kratom products they're a little on the not-five-star just because there's not a whole lot of powder selection. I don't like capsules because it's pretty much a scam - 1 capsule is 500mg or a half a gram. And usually a 250 capsule bag will be the same price as a 250g bag of powder, except with capsules you're getting half the amount you're getting in powder. I won't hold that against them though, lol this shop is great. So id honestly just say besides the kratom selection, this is the best shop around.

I went in for the first time a few days ago, I'm sad I didn't come in sooner! I love the atmosphere and the selection! I don't remember the name of the person who helped me but she was very knowledgeable and kind! I've found my new vape shop for sure!
