I walked in the guy behind the counter was being nice talking with and helping another customer, so I browsed for a moment. As soon as this customer left, I couldn't help but feel like this guy not only thought I was stupid for asking some basic questions but that it felt like he just wanted me to leave. I was honestly shocked that even after blowing 40 dollars on vape juice he still acted like I had inconvenienced him by coming in at all. I mean his whole demeanor changed from "ok bye sir have a nice day hope you come back soon" to "what the hell are you doing in here and how quick can I make you leave." And that dont even cover the fact that he recommend me juice that was very bitter probably because it expired like 3 years ago. I didnt even know they were allowed to sell expired products. Yeah wont be going back in there. I got a disposable a gas station and it was actually cheaper there than the same ones at his shop wich also blew my mind. After reading some other reviews it seems its a great vape shop with one bad employee? Its crazy how similar reviews finally made me feel like I didnt walk in there with shit on my shoe so to speak. Yeah just a rude employee. Heck id replace that guy in a heartbeat and do his job better too but thats not saying much cause so could just about anyone with a few braincells to run together. The owner seems responsive and kind so im updated my review to a bit higher cause clearly its not the entire busness fault one guy's just rude.

Always loved coming here, but my last experience was very uncomfortable and stressful.. Employee was late by 10 min.... Opens at 10..... So I waited till 1015 to go in Door was locked .. the young man behind the counter was clearly angry I was here, I said good morning thank you for opening the door...NO RESPONSE what so ever. Than I said how's your morning with a smile and soft voice. No response again Then he said what do you need? In the most disgusted tone like I was infringing on his freedoms.... Itruly can sympathize with a bad day... But I was trying to be kind and genuine.. . probably won't come back and I spend 80 to 100plus a week here .... Dark haired young man was the person who was working this day. the big guy is very nice , I enjoy his courtesy and knowledge. But customer service isn't an easy job, I know but feeling like you are infringing on someone's time, or being hostile with looks and silence isn't ok either. Bad days happen Moods happen But spending my money at a place I feel welcomed is important to me .. I'm a fun gentle person with good energy. I would hope that is reciprocated while I'm choosing to spend money at the business

They are very helpful! And when a different employee messed up a previous order, when I went in and explained what happened... He fixed it without charging me extra! I highly recommend this place. They have a lot to choose from and they will spend time trying to get you the perfect flavor!

Probably my favorite vape store . Kinda miss the squishmellows and pokemon decor BUT Tyler has been a breath of fresh air (literally) . For a while i avoided stopping by because it literally had a smell to it? And i had a few less than comfortable interactions with the other employee. Things have improved exponentially. Highly recommend coming Sunday - Wed ! Also the reward system is eay better than other similar stores !
