I bought one of the new vapes that they were advertising and the vape wasn’t working. The man in the shop said that I swapped the battery after I just bought it. At one point he said he even saw me do it. I did not swap any battery as this is my first time trying out this brand. But I was a little annoyed on how fast he said that I did. Anyways, I would skip the off stamp brand entirely. Stick to geekbars because if it doesn’t work you’re SOL.

I’ve been going to this store for the past 4 years for vape products. I’ve spent an estimated $2,000 just in the past 2 years. They usually are average priced products. Not outrageous but not cheap either. Fine. The quality of the products has diminished in the last couple months. My wife got a vape that did not work right out of the box. I took it back and they argued with me about how I was lying. The clerk that I am very friendly with and have seen hundreds of times decided in that moment that he didnt know me. He literally said “I don’t know who you are”. After I’ve spent thousands of dollars there. Unbelievable and unacceptable. My wife, myself and my friends local to Des Moines will shop for vape products somewhere else.

I came in to buy a 510 battery and I asked the guy if there were other options besides the one he had displayed (it was opened/ last one) and he cuts me off by saying “did you want it or not” I told him I did- and continued to look around. At check out I had given him my ID and he stares at it for about 5 minutes. Questioning the year I was born and asked me twice what my name was. I wasn’t even planning on buying the item after he was rude about it- I was desperate and decided okay I’ll get it. I wasn’t patient enough for him to be rude to me again and for him to question my identify got me upset. I understand doing your job and not selling to minors- but dude. There’s a nicer way to approach people with your suspicions.

Went here and the owner told me I was a boy and not a girl. (I’m a masculine presenting female) this normally wouldn’t bother me because i understand the misinterpretation but he was staring at my id (which is recent and with my short hair) and he still proceeded to question my gender. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It’s not clean and besides their old vapes their prices are high. If you are lgbt DO NOT GO HERE.

Bought a disposable vape and turns out its defective, When i went back to the store the owner doesnt want to exchange or issue a refund because he said its not his fault, he didnt make it. I'd rather shop other vape shops than come back to this one that sells defective and overpriced vape
