I bought a water pipe from there and the sales lady should have checked it for leaks and cracks better . She wrapped it very well but when I got home I unwrapped it and I put water in it and checked for leaks and their was one on the stem so I call and they have a no return policy.... I'll say it again she should have checked it better before she wrapped it now I'm out 40 dollars I'll never go there again thanks

Outstanding customer service. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Their cigar room is well stocked and perfectly humidified. Just by asking for the “10% cigar discount“ will get you said discount. The absolute best place to get your cigars in all of Wenatchee. * also if you’re looking for beer, wine, and liquor… They’ve got that too.

Kind of a bummer this time. Used to live local and always visit this shop for their vape expertise. Drove 3 hours from the border, to this shop specifically. The employees are always friendly though! I needed my glass tank to be replaced and the clerk said they weren't even sure if they had those. I asked if we could just do a whole new tank top instead and they said "how do you know if it's going to be the right top?" Luckily there was a box already opened and we got to test it. They grabbed a new box, didn't ask if I wanted a specific color. They weren't sure if a coil comes with the unopened box. But they were really friendly!

Cigarettes cheaper in East Wenatchee, the store manager is one of the most unpleasant and unprofessional people I have ever come in contact with. If you are looking for decent customer service or expect an understanding of manners, you won’t find it here. I won’t be back!!!

It seems like finding a smoke shop that actually sells smokes in East Wenatchee is a rarity so they get five points for actually selling what they say they do. Also, the prices are good and everybody is really friendly
