Ive have never boughten a vape that was totally used and not even packaged right in its bag with the box at any smoke shop ever in my life. There was dirt in the mouth piece when i opened it in my car unfortunately. It was a UT bar, he said he could not help me because he thought i was scamming him but in all reality i was the one getting scammed. I paid 32 bucks for a used vape with no juice left
