When I think of a smoke shop in Everett, this is exactly what I would imagine it to be. Full of disposables and other smoking accessories, very minimal juice selection prices, however are about what you would see everywhere else if not cheaper on something’s. I’m super disappointed that I didn’t get to meet the myth and the legend of the incredibly notorious, rude lady that worked here. The guy was very pleasant. We made a couple of jokes. Will I ever be back probably not I don’t live anywhere close to this location and it’s not every time I forget my vape supplies. However, if you live in the area, check them out, they might have what you want

Customer service is not number one here. Products are old and they are pricey for low bottom product. New manager just sits on her phone staring at fb or whatever she is doing. Doesn’t greet or invite you in. You can tell she doesn’t care. Stares at you void of any emotion. Who works in customer service if you don’t want to help people?! Antisocial wreck. Won’t be surprised if you loose employees over her. Only words I got out of her were my total if even that. I refuse to go to a store that treats me as a chore

I enjoy going to buy my cigars from this location because Jacob is a very wonderful employee. He’s always knowledgeable about what I like and the idle conversations we have bring me back. I could go elsewhere for my stogies but I prefer coming here because I can wind down with a quick chat before heading home. I’ve come in where there’s a line and he’s helpful with everyone while getting the regulars what they are going to purchase.

So nice to see you dont have that 95% tax on your products. Thought the whole sate went up double.
