If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. Supposedly a vape shop yet they don't even sell BATTERIES to use the damn things. Need some coils? Too bad, they only sell a bunch of coils that aren't compatible with the tanks they sell. Not that the workers would be able to find them if they did have them, every time I have been in here not only are they completely clueless when I ask them what they actually sell, but also entirely clueless about vapes in general! Like, how do you know absolutely nothing about the place you work?!? Only thing they have going for them is how late they stay open! Last resort choice of smoke shop, don't count on 'em!

Great selection, but the reps didn’t know much about their different product selections as far as how they work, and price, and much of the pricing was missing. Staff also didn’t appear that eager to keep our business when we expected them to locate their correct prices. Passed on this location as far as today’s purchase, but they also sell a good selection of alcohol and cigars, so if the staff corrected those few issues I would say it’s worth taking another look. However, much of their glass is on the high end of the price range, and not a lot of more affordable alternatives at the time.

Love the staff here. Always pleasant and helpful, and usually each of them is pretty knowledgeable about all the product they sell. Some of the best prices on vape products in town. Check them out!

I’ve passed by on numerous occasions & had a neighbor recommend Big Smoke for beverages. First impressions... I genuinely appreciate the organization, signs & clear indications of where items are located. I was greeted by Chino, who didn’t waste anytime helping me decide on vapes & comparing products. He is very knowable & his expertise saved me a lot of time. Even held small talk while ringing up my order. Truly a customer service oriented business. Really awesome experience overall.

Don't come here unless your a pro vaper. No one seems to have product knowledge. Twist e liquids all have unusual names such as sour red, blend num 1. Every other vape store i have been to is able to tell you what the flavors are, here not so much they have no idea. In addition I asked for a coil for my vape, presented my vape and they were not able to tell me or supply with the kind of coil I need but instead showed me their display case if coils I guess thats on me for not knowing but again other stores have always helped me get what I need and feels like the standard. I've been here about 3 times and have been a letdown each time, unfortunately. Save yourself the headache go to smoke city. They also tried to sell me half the container for full price. Never shopped for alcohol so cant speak to that but as a vape store highly disappointing.
