I’ve been coming to this smoke shop for 15+ years and have seen it through several owners over that time. This last owner has definitely done something right because it’s so much better than it used to be. Db, James, and Kevin were super helpful — friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. I’ll go out of my way to come here, and not to mention they have the best prices around. Five stars, would recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well, most of their staff are good, but there is one guy with fluffy hair, is very judgmental and he likes to sell those discounts products without warming it was already a return and could not store butane , and leak. And three times, I always got stuff broken or not functioning only from him. Never had problems with other

Went in to grab a quick battery. Dude was cool until I didn’t have my ID. He informed me that they had to have my physical ID. I said no worries since I forgot my wallet and left. I had my girlfriend return to grab it for me and she told me they didn’t even ask to check her ID nor mention it. Wonder what’s up with that. But definitely won’t be coming back. I never like to think things are about race but I was treated completely differently than my girlfriend. And Blatantly lied to.

Ok, so I still stand by my review of 3 weeks ago in regards to their customer service etc. So this is not based on that but could still have a negative impact on sales if not corrected. I purchased 3 of your $5 bangers the other day and immediately when I hit it with the torch it cracked. I thought it must be a fluke and put in the second one and the same thing happened, along with the third one. I returned to the store to purchase more since I need them and purchased 3 more but mentioned it and showed it to Cassie just in case you get other complaints about them I wanted you guys to know. Well, unfortunately I had the same exact problem with these 3 as well. I've used bangers for years now so I know that this is not normal, unless you go and try to heat them up if they have been left out in a car in the winter or a garage but otherwise they shouldn't Crack or break off the stem cleanly like these are doing. I'm guessing you used a new supplier like (Temu) or something equivalent to them because these are absolute garbage. I ended up going to another Vape shop to purchase 3 more. So I've spent $45 on bangers in the last 2 days, Crazy. Please let me know if and when you fix this issue so I can return to giving you my business. Sincerely, Kerry Hernandez

I love their selection of nectar collectors here, could use some more that clip on rather than the ones that screw on the tip, but they probably have one of the better selections of NC in this area other than Ishtar’s but that place is more pricey. I just WISH they would let you purchase the stands for the nectar collectors when you buy one lol to help prevent them from breaking, they have one time (it got lost) but since then they haven’t. :( Lol but other than that chill vibes and quality pieces. Def my go to smoke shop. :)
