This lounge has a really warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The customer service is excellent and the staff makes sure you feel taken care of the whole time. The hookah is top tier, smooth and well prepared every time. What really stands out is the level of service, it’s truly upper echelon. Everything is handled professionally and efficiently, which also makes it a great environment to get work done if needed. Overall, it’s a great spot whether you’re there to relax or be productive. Highly recommend it 10/10.

Glad I Came across this place. Such a calm and good vibe excellent lighting and as a self claimed “Shisha connoisseur“ After trying many places not just in the Greater seattle area but all around the PNW I can say this is definitely the best around. Not only is it smooth but the variety of flavors is really large. The staff are very welcoming and always check on me constantly to see if I need coals or if any changes are needed making me feel valued. 10/10 always recommend to ally friends and coworkers. Also a great workspace usually come with my laptop to get my work done.

Great customer service and a very welcoming atmosphere. The hookah quality was excellent, and the place was clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back soon and highly recommend it to anyone in the Kirkland area.

Honestly, I had a bad experience at Hoka. We were left waiting outside the door for a long time and no one came to help us. The service was disappointing, and the owner’s attitude was not friendly or welcoming. I hope they improve their customer service

The best hookah experience in the Seattle area. The hookahs last a long time and hit very well. Great drinks great crowds. You can meet a lot of people.
