What's in the other day needed to get a new tank? Got a new tank. Matt was a great help then turned around and found out that my mod was not strong enough for the tank, so then went back the next day saw Matt again was great help. Very, very helpful. Great personality and loved everything that he helped me with. I left very satisfied, had a brand new mod and a tank and am very happy. I will only go back especially if Matt is there. Years ago, I had a bad experience here with an employee and The owner made it right. This weekend specifically Saturday afternoon I bought a bottle of juice and some coils from here again. I rarely go into the shop anymore just because it’s a little further out of the way and I feel like the prices are a little more than other stores, but was in the area and decided what the heck. I’ve vape the same flavor for years now and got my usual juice and coils. As soon as I got home, I put some juice in the coil and realized immediately that the flavor Tasted kind of off. Today is Monday and I’ve been trying to see if it was just my taste buds but it’s Clearly not. After work, I brought my bottle of juice in and explain the situation and the guy at the counter says he can give me half off a new bottle of juice. I told him that I only vape One kind of juice and have been that way for years now and that I really didn’t want any other flavors. Basically he said there’s nothing else that he can do for me and said the FDA can’t take the bottle of juice back or do any exchanges or anything at all. I have no reason to make up the flavor taste. I even offered to let him try it and he declined. I imagine if this bottle taste that way that every one of them on that shelf probably taste similar? With that being said I normally pay $12-$15 less for my juice and coils at another shop but really like having options and do believe in supporting small local businesses. I’ll post the flavor of the juice in case people are wondering what flavor that is and also the review from six years ago that I previously posted that they went out of their way to find me and call me about to make right.

bought a novo master and some juice here today and the gentlemen helping me had outstanding customer service, very knowledgeable and kind. genuinely one of the best shops around for all smoke product. i will going here for anything i need in the future.

I've been here a couple times now and they've answered all my questions, given unbiased recommendations and got a sweet piece for a great price. 10/10 would recommend. Super chill guys .
