I have a 87 year old grandma and she is way to old school I have try to show vapes,bongs,etc but she is way old school and she does natural stuff like lavender oil,rosemary but anyway i call them to explain something about it but the guy who answered was rude and didn’t even let me finish or explain my self so he was like no idk what is that and we sure don’t have it and hung up the phone. My wife today tried to purchase cigars at this location today. The employee informed my wife that she was not able to see if the cigars were actually being humidified. I’ve bought many cigars several times, recently from this location and not one time has any employee ever refused me from testing the softness of any cigar. Yes, my wife was verbally not happy with this, but why would she have to? Not one time in the many times I’ve gone there has there been a problem? Is it just a problem with women is this establishment? Like my wife doesn’t know what she’s doing?? This is unacceptable and unless my wife wife gets some kind of apology, I’ll never shop there again!

$7 for a pack of complete ultra light 100 cigarettes. For me that's expensive, in Lakewood you can get them for $4 a pack. But the staff are very friendly and courteous.
