First time trying out V Cuts Barber Lounge after moving to Washington from California a few months ago, and we had a really good experience. My husband needed a haircut before work, so we tried calling about 30 minutes ahead for an appointment but didn’t get an answer (later found out their phone was on silent). We still decided to walk in later that morning and even though the shop didn’t look super busy, it seemed like they may have been expecting appointments. They initially asked if we could come back later in the day, but when we told them we couldn't due to my husband needing to head to work in a few hours, one of the barbers was kind enough to squeeze him in anyway. I completely forgot to ask for the barber’s name, but based on other reviews I think it may have been Juvé. The barber did an amazing job though. He spent about an hour on the haircut and was super detailed and careful the entire time. My husband wanted to keep a similar style but add a fade for the warmer weather, and the result came out great. He received his wife approval lol. Funny enough, right after styling at the shop, it looked a little like a Johnny Bravo pompadour 😂 but once his hair relaxed naturally, we both absolutely loved the cut. The barber kept conversation light and friendly while still staying focused on his work, which we didn't mind. The shop itself also had a really cool vibe. Kind of reminds me of a small business type of modern tattoo parlor with each station showing off the personality of the barber working there. Some of the barbers was welcoming to me too while I waited, even offering us drinks from their mini fridge that we could grab. I accepted the offer and enjoyed a Sprite while relaxing on one of their couches. Pricing felt fair as well — $40 for the haircut, and we paid $50 total with tip. We really enjoyed our experience here and we’ll definitely be back when my husband needs another haircut.

Heard about this place through word of mouth and called seeing if I could bring in my 3 year old. No hesitation they got him right! 🙌 I really appreciate the versatility and openness to do a kids cut. We’re loyal now and Juve always takes great care of us! I’m particular about my sons hair, and it always exceeds my expectations. 10/10

Raymond is amazing! Raymond's attention to detail to making sure his cuts are to perfection isn't unnoticed. I appreciate how he doesn't rush with his cuts as well. If you're looking for quality haircuts then look no further as Raymond is your guy! I want to also add how impressed I am with how he can hold a conversation with my pre-teen and teenage boys. These Generation Alpha's are a different breed lol but I'm glad that Raymond is up to date with their lingo as well as their modern cuts. I would 1000% recommend Raymond to my family or friends that live in this area or who are new to the area. Raymond does not disappoint. Raymond was the best risk that we took on as a new barber for our picky boys and we hope he's permanent here but wherever he goes we go because he's that skilled at his craft and overall a down to earth gentleman. One more thing, if your kid is walking out of his chair with a whole new mood of confidence that's a huge win in my book and mama's heart is full with their smiles.

Juuve is The best barber to exist, he is funny, easy to talk to, and very kind. His service is not just a haircut but a personal confidence boost both physically with hair and mentally. I can’t thank him enough. He saved my haircut and now everyone looks at me and treats me with more respect.

I’ve been looking for a good barber for my boys for the longest, especially my oldest. He’s very picky & have not found one he likes. This place was referred to me from my brother and let me tell you, BEST CHOICE EVER!!! Raymond cut all 3 of my boys hair & he did not disappoint. He took his time with all 3 & made them feel comfortable. All 3 of my boys love the way their lines came out nice & clean. They don’t ever want go anywhere else. Thank you Raymond for making my boys the happiest customers, will definitely be coming back soon. If you haven’t tried them out, you need to NOW!!!
