I’ve been coming to this shop for years and have consistently bought my Geek Bars here—always the same flavors, never an issue. Today was the very first time I’ve ever had a problem: I bought two brand-new devices that both tasted burnt straight out of the box. Even though I verified they were authentic and I’m a long-time regular, the shop was completely unwilling to exchange the defective units. Instead of standing behind the products they sell to their loyal customers, I was only offered a small, "cheap" discount on a future purchase. What’s most disappointing is that these are clearly manufacturer defects, and since they are verified authentic, the shop could easily claim these as DOA (Dead on Arrival) with their distributor under Geek Bar’s 14-day quality warranty. It’s frustrating that after years of bringing my business here, my loyalty wasn't worth the five minutes it takes to swap out two faulty vapes. I expected better service and won't be returning if this is how regulars are treated when they get a "lemon." UPDATE: Don't be fooled by the owner's reply. I followed up via phone and they still refused to help me. I already threw the burnt vapes away because the staff told me there was nothing they could do. At this point, the "customer service" here is just confusing and dishonest.

Come to this store once a week they always have what I need at the best prices in the area. Quality of there product is excellent and they stand by there product.

Great store, always clean. Large selection of glass wear for your smoking needs. Lighters, torches etc. Various selections of vapes, juices, cigarettes, rolling papers, pieces and parts accessories, many options of mushroom gummies and candy bars. Kratam etc. Often have remote control cars and a few seasonal items. Very knowledgeable staff. Great store!

Not a bad place just have shitty disposables. the vapes always taste different from other shops, taste fake almost and are out dated. bought a geek bar that was made in the beginning of the year. it’s almost May.
