the owner is nice & respectful I do not recommend the new geek bar Purchased 1 bad unit (had liquid everywhere) Even after replacement the flavor is gone so quickly

Love Pipes R Us! They always have the best bongs and accessories. Their owner is super nice and I've never had a bad experience with the staff. I've been coming here since 2021 and it is my first stop if I need any supplies.

The owner of the store is a wonderful guy who is helpful, and knowledgeable. The prices are fair and I have come here a lot over the years. Recently I had a negative experience with one of his employees who talked down to me about something I know a lot about, he was also rude to other customers in the store. When I needed to ask about a product, he acted as though he was annoyed I was even alive and barely looked up from what he was doing, cleaning one of the glass shelves. I checked my account later to see that I was overcharged, $40 for a $25 piece. The only reason this is not a 5-star review is because of this employee, otherwise love this store.

The guy that works here is always super nice and super friendly. He knows his glass and definitely knows what's good and what's not. He sometimes gives us deals or bonus items because we come back so often and buy so much. Definitely one of the number one places to go to for any glass piece in the area. I have yet to find a glass shop that's even comparable.

The guy who runs this store is always pleasant and allows us to look without being overbearing! Its always clean and smells great in there. Always has cool glass and some darn good prices too. Will definitely return to buy more pieces.
