Always good customer service on matter who is working.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I've been going here since early 2016, and don't go elsewhere. They have glass, alcohol, cigars, cigarillos, hand roll machines and tubes, rolling papers, pipes, and vapes. Their cigarette selection is pretty wide. Primis too. They are one of only two stores that I've been able to find Lucky Strikes that isn't on JBLM.

A monthly pilgrimage; it doesn't matter if I live in Tumwater, Olympia, Shelton, Yelm, or Lacey (and I've lived in all), this shop is worth the drive. Prices are on point, and the "Ma&Pop" atmosphere (and the occasional language barrier), make for some funny exchanges and are part of the charm. Good people! Plus, it's next door to my favorite Asian market... so,👏"bonus shopping!"😄

The couple who work here are great people. The lady is very helpful, especially in the glass department, and they have quite the glass selection. Great people and unbelievable prices and variety And they are always getting new shipments and cool new stuff. Highly recommended. This is my go-to smoke shop

Was a great place. They use punch card for elfbar but we're on sale today and they took my card and put sticker on it stating only on 22.99 and up. So it was advertised buy 10 get 1 free with no restrictions printed on card or in store. Bait and switch. Then the male got rude saying I was only one to complain about it and it's the sale price so it doesn't count... I'm sorry but a $3 sale doesn't justify bait and switch promotions....never again will I shop here and would not recommend to anyone.
