Absolutely amazing store with a great atmosphere. My best friend had a bad experience with a vape device, she has asthma and borderline COPD, I knew she wanted to try vaping again but was very afraid to because of the bad experience she had before. She almost choked coughing. I took her to the Turtle Lounge and she walked out with the right vape thanks to the expertise of the vape tech. Four weeks later she is still vaping and not coughing. Thank you!!!!!

Amazing customer service! The staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable about vapes. When I had issues with my vape, they helped me quickly figure out what was wrong. I also love that you can sit and enjoy food from outside, plus they have an impressive collection of pinball machines.

Wonderful friendly service, delicious drinks 🍻 and a unique experience. They welcome you bringing in your own food or having it delivered while you enjoy drinks or vaping in the lounge. Lots of awesome vape flavors and options .

This place is rad. Not just a selection of quality vapes and accessories, but the staff is wonderful there are local craft beers and a bar available inside with tons of pinball machines

Just came her after having issues with my vape, and having questions about vape juice, the lady working, might been manager or owner not sure, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable she helped me with my vaperesso vape, and helped answer questions about juices and gave me info about it so I hopefully won't have same issue again. They have great flavors, and was really welcoming! Come here and give this place a go! Also pinball!
