Absolutely love the Cedar Box! It's our go to for beverages and has been for quite some time. Staff is always friendly and patient which is important because I am often ordering multiple drinks. Never had an order wrong & they always taste absolutely delicious. The only place in town that has a pumpkin flavor option that I actually enjoy. The staff is really like family once you become a regular but they still treat you amazing even if you're not. Another bonus is the prices are really reasonable. They have a huge variety of syrups and they even have a fun and delicious seasonal menu to provide you with ideas if you don't know what you want. 10/10 would and always do recommend.

Every drive-through in Port Angeles does things differently, and has different strengths and weaknesses accordingly. You as the consumer have to reconcile that. Cedar Box is my favorite place for just coffee in Port Angeles. My only gripe is that your experience is sometimes dependent on which barista is working on the day of your visit. More often than not, I have an above-average experience choosing to get my morning joe here. If you can get there before 8 AM you can usually beat the lines.

How in the world are you going to sell bagels yet refuse to stock cream cheese? That is a pretty integral part of the bagel experience. Stopped by Monday on my way to work, no cream cheese. Gave it til Thursday, tried again, still no cream cheese. It was the same lady both times, she told me she let the manager know they were out but they still haven't restocked. Y'all, just pick up a couple tubs at Costco. This is ridiculous. The world sucks right now, and all I wanted was a stupid bagel for breakfast.

Ordered a 32oz.. They tried(DID) giving me a 20 oz, I told her I paid and tipped for a 32oz and she put it in a 32oz cup and filled it all with ice... So I had a $6+TIP 20 oz pure ice spritzer... I have a photo of it being top to bottom FULL of ice , take a drink out of it the ice didn't settle bc it was stuffed full.... Yeah their prices are cheaper but the customer service and how they fix their mistakes by gyping customers is wrong we should get what we paid for, remake it if you did something wrong. This was around 8am this morning 4/14/25

Every time I pull up to the drive thru lane, it seems to take 8-10 minutes for them to wait on each customer, meaning to grab a pack of smokes, I may have to wait in line for 25-30 minutes. That is not a drive thru, but a parking lot. If you cannot get someone to and away from the window in less than 2 minutes, it isn't a drive thru
