Agreed to buy a Rasta illy from this shop for $725 shipped. I paid in full and was told it would ship the next day. The next day, the shop asked for more money. I declined, and they refunded me. While I appreciate the refund, changing the agreed price after payment has been accepted is not how transactions should be handled. I’m also out $90 since I purchased matching accessories assuming this business would follow through on our agreed to sale.

This artisan has so much talent. He offers a wide variety of handmade glass items. This shop is more than meets the eye! Great Service;

Always super helpful, love shopping local, super nice staff and friendly atmosphere. The hand blown glass is truely beautiful and there's always a wide selection!

My go to glass shop in Pullman. Have a great selection of most everything you would need. New glass, parts and repairs. The owners are absolutely great. I love dealing with them. They do have a few glassblowers on staff and you see unique one-of-a-kind items in this store. Staff is always helpful and friendly, as most headshop staff tend to be. Update, There's rumors that Cannabis Hardware or other ball vape might be coming soon.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Pricing was great for the products and they have a rewards system that gives you a discount after every purchase 5 out of 5 highly recommend.
