Bought two vapes and don’t come through the area often. Opened one the next day and it was halfway filled of fluid. Then I opened the second box and not the packaging and same thing. They would not swap them out with different ones. Told me pretty much tuff luck and they already knew about the issue from foger pods.

I'm a real life customer. Not an employee making a fake review. Those people are rude. They pick and choose who to be pleasant with and I have never given them any reason to be so rude to me. There is a new girl there lately who makes it very clear that she doesn't want me buying anything from them. I'm done. I have been going to a place on valley avenue for a bit now. Some things are a little more expensive but some things are way cheaper. The staff is always nice for some reason too. Completely different experiences. If staff is going to be rude I'm going to a different place with my money

This one sucks to write. Because like I did love this shop. But they sold me vape that tasted completely burnt at 90% and when I called and asked what could be done they told me nothing because they dont make the vapes and they're a "third party". Which doesnt really make sense because every store ever is a third party. 99.9% of stores don't actually make their products. They told me to hold and then hung up. When I tried to call back they wouldnt answer. Its kind of shameful how much ive spent here, and I send all my friends here. Ive probably bought over 200 vapes this year. Its just unfortunate. I loved this place, but im not coming back. Idk. Value regulars more I guess

Love this smoke shop. They have the best prices around. Employees used to be able to smoke inside during work, not sure if they still can but that's always been super cool to me that they had that freedom that no other smoke shop allows. I am bummed to see that they don't have the $5 vapes on their counter anymore. Now the cheapest was $11 and the only 2 flavors were mint and mango. If they bring back the $5 vapes I give them 5 stars. They really upped the game with those..... I know people were coming from all over WA just to go there!

i had a good first time experience, it was my bday and they gave me a vape on the house, i dont remember the guys name but he also let us try some flavors. Hes a cool dude, second time I went, there was a puppy, was so cool to say hi. Theres three kitties that hang around there too, skittish but friendly and sweet. Good convos with the workers everytime. Friendly down to earth people
