I returned to the store the same day, but the employee who helped me refused to provide either a refund or an exchange. I even left the defective vape at the shop since it was completely useless. I understand mistakes can happen, but selling defective products and refusing to make things right is not acceptable. I am requesting either a full refund or a replacement for the vape I purchased.
