DO NOT RECOMMEND this store! I've bought the Novo Smok device at the store, which is not working. It's burned. It has burned all 4 my pods for just 3 days. I've attempted to return the device to the store but the specialist at the store hide under the “manager” and says that he won't return the device which is clearly broken.

Fake fogger pods. Doesnt work with its own brand battery second time buying and last time going to this place.. no refund you walk out that door and it breaks and or something is wrong. they will not help and fix or swap or refund. I MYSLEF WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS STORE ANYMORE

I adore each of the workers! Any time I go to a different smoke shop I feel like I'm cheating on my guys. 😩 All are super helpful and sweet. I like going here also because they have vape flavors other places do not have as fast. I will say they are a smidge more expensive than some other places but they are also on par with others.

I’ve been coming to this vape shop for a couple years to get my disposable vapes and kratom products. They have a wide variety of both things and reasonable prices. But the main reason I come back is because the employees are all very kind. Andy who I see regularly is always so nice and helpful, he knows what I like, and gives me good recommendations for new products and different things to try. He always asks how my day is going too and makes conversation which i love because a lot of people these days don’t engage with others and just aren’t very friendly, so that’s why I’d rather go out of my way to stop here than go somewhere closer to home.

Stopped in this place for the 1st time. I ended up buying a new bowl for my bong. Got home, literally placed it in my bong and the entire bowl cracked completely in half. Went back 1 hour later and they refused to replace it. The cashier accused me of dropping it. Glass products here are knockoff garbage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. THEY DO NOT CONDUCT HONEST BUSINESS. CASHIER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE.
