Was selecting here as ups pickup location. Had twice successful experiences during weekdays at noon. However, this time my package arrived at Saturday. When I checked the location on Sunday, from 10am, 11am, 12pm, the shop is closed. Although ups claims they open from 10am, google maps shows for 11am, neither work time is correct. I also tried to call their number on both google maps and the one from ups, neither worked. Nobody is answering phone call and voice message disabled. There is literally no way to get in touch with the owner.

Don't waste the commute here, half the time the door is locked with a brb sign for long periods of time.

Never send anything from this place — it’s a total scam. Once your package goes in, it disappears. The staff here are completely dishonest. I emailed them two shipping labels in the same message — both were paid UPS labels — and somehow they printed one correctly and the other incorrectly. (I have email evidence and can present it in court if necessary.) It’s very possible the employee intentionally printed the wrong label to create confusion and mess with my package. When they scanned the package, they purposely refused to give me a receipt and said something ridiculous like, “You have two packages, the UPS driver will pick them up and it will update later.” What an unprofessional response. I had to ask twice before they finally agreed to send me an email or text receipt. The staff who handle drop-offs are completely dishonest, and the store is still selling other products — do not spend a penny here. Dishonest businesses like this should be eliminated from the market. People with bad intentions deserve what’s coming to them — karma will catch up. And if that employee happens to be the owner, I truly wish you nothing but bad luck for the rest of your life. The phone number listed on Google is fake — no one answers, weekdays or weekends. UPS should be ashamed for partnering with such a terrible location. This whole experience is extremely disappointing.
