Best smoke shop on the hill, been going here since I could smoke, and will always support the shop because of the owner!

Decent shop. Decent selection on vapes. Decent prices on small bongs. Not so decent customer service. After 5 minutes of checking out the different stuff they had, I was rushed out (30 minutes before closing time) because he needed to "mop the floor". Like 5 minutes was taking too long or something.

They charged my card twice telling me it came back Frau then didn't give me my stuff

I’d love to start by saying that no words will do value of highly I view this establishment, only mean, their incredible staff who are genuine and kind, but their products and quality. I have a niche item I purchase often that I’ve recent my found counterfeit and dangerous. This business ALWAYS sells me quality product, at a consisten and INCREDIBLY affordable rate. I understand how inflation has affected us all, but I tell you as a business owner myself, the profit margins could be much higher and as a patron I’d understand. The employees here are no less than gentlemen. I never, EVER experience “gas station” treatment here. There have been other patrons at the time of my visit and never once have they allowed people to speak or behave in my presenting this is Capitol Hill , that speaks volumes to the character of the employees, who have historically, been men at this establishment. I am grateful for how safe I feel as woman buying a “sensitive” item, especially since it’s across from a barbershop. These are fantastic men and I’d take a moment out of my book to every single day to let you know the respect I have for these men. When I feel space as a woman, I vocalize it and I felt safe seen and support here. Today was actually my 18ish time in and the reason I pulled the trigger on my review is because I met the owner who has photos displayed. Knowing the owner is a good man makes me so glad to call this my corner shop and I recommend it to al🤍

I visited Seattle from out of town over the Thanksgiving weekend and highly recommend Broadway Smoke Shop for its customer service! My bag (and credit cards) were stolen from my parked car in Seattle, and I was trying to track down my belongings on Thanksgiving evening. The shop was still open, and Wahaj, the clerk, treated me with respect as I inquired about my credit card. I didn't expect to hear back from him, but he and the owner did respond to my text message the next day with very helpful information. Of eight different stores, they were one of two that offered assistance that evening. Thank you, Wahaj (and Smoke Shop owner), for the wonderful customer service!
