Blatant deception and dishonest sales tactics. The staff deliberately lied to keep me buying from this store. I was explicitly told that I would receive a discount on my next purchase if I showed proof of previous vape purchases from them. I did exactly that — and when I returned, they suddenly denied everything and refused the discount. This is not a misunderstanding. This is a deliberate bait-and-switch scheme based on verbal lies, designed to manipulate customers into repeat purchases. Changing the rules after the fact is unethical and unprofessional. If a business cannot keep even simple promises, it cannot be trusted at all. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being deceived.

Misleading and dishonest customer practices. The staff promised a discount on my next purchase if I showed that I had previously bought vapes from this store. I saved everything as requested and came back — but they suddenly changed their story and refused the discount. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic: make verbal promises to keep customers coming back, then deny everything later. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I will not return and do not recommend this place to others.

misleading and dishonest sales tactics, avoid at all costs

Friendly staff but they're always on break or have "Be Back In 5 Minutes" sign. Today I stood there waiting at 10:40 am.. decided to go kill time at Dollar Store, came back half an hour later and they were still on a 5 minute break. Mind you, their neon "OPEN" sign is on. Employee sitting behind counter did not bother to come tell me if something was wrong. Won't be coming here anymore as it seems like they don't want clients and it's difficult to tell when they're open.

Owner is great! I love the family that runs it. Super friendly and have a large variety of products. Especially kratom and alcohol.
