They sell busted vapes and have really poor customer service. I bought one and it didn’t work so I went back in to show them (totally didn’t expect any help, but thought it was worth an ask) and the guy tried to gaslight me??? He said that’s how they always look and taste and I must just not get these ones… I said I get only this kind and it certainly doesn’t usually come like this. Again so fine if he didn’t want to help me out, but just a really weird response. Save your time and go across the street! They are much nicer over there!

Honestly, such a bad experience. I went into this vape shop to buy a vape, showed my Illinois driver’s license (which is a valid U.S. ID), and the guy tells me they only accept Washington State IDs. Like… what? I’m not even from Washington, I’m just here temporarily. I’ve never had this issue anywhere else. I asked him to show me their policy, and he pointed to some paper on the wall—but it didn’t say anything about only accepting Washington IDs. Then he says it’s something their “manager” requires, but there’s nothing written anywhere. That just sounds made up. Super unprofessional and honestly makes no sense. Refusing a valid ID without any clear policy is ridiculous. The whole interaction felt weird and poorly handled. Would not recommend this place at all. If this is how they treat customers, they’re just pushing people away.

Loheim (? I don't know how to spell his name) was dope. Got me what I needed and explained why prices were higher than I expected when I was interested in a product. Good quick shop Edit same day: Very convenient that they are open late

I just recently discovered this shop, and everything is a plus. The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful in choosing just the right product, they listen to your needs and go above and beyond to make sure that your needs are met 🤗...so glad that I found this shop, and it's right up the street from my house.

Great smoke shop, awesome products, and prices. Prices are very competitive. Great customer and great professional and friendly staff.
