I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this smoke shop. I recently purchased four containers of shisha, only to discover that all of them had expired in 2022. Selling products that expired years ago is unacceptable, especially consumable products that customers expect to be fresh and safe to use. When I contacted the store about the issue, I was told to call back and speak with a manager. I followed those instructions, but no one answered the phone, and I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance or a resolution. I expected better customer service and accountability. At the very least, the store should ensure that products on its shelves are not years past their expiration date and should respond promptly when customers raise legitimate concerns. I hope management addresses this issue and takes steps to prevent it from happening to other customers.

I was double charged here. I thought it was odd that he was using the keypad instead of swiping my card, but I figured their machine was just janky like everything else. Sure enough I got a double charge minutes after my initial payment. In addition one of the employees demanded photo ID to use my house credit card which is in my partner's name, as my credit is still a work in progress. I can honestly say I have never had to show het ID when using the credit card. He offered to call her on my phone which gave me a very uncomfortable feeling. For the record that employee didn't get off his phone both times I tried. The second time he was in the middle of a call and made me wait until he was done to help me. It's not just the location that's sketchy. This business fits right in.

Shoutout the worker named Antonio amazing customer service wouldn’t even accept my tip these guys have the best prices in the city as well. I used to go to the original location before they burned down and knew the owner Hassan since a kid but going to the new store for the first time was an amazing experience warmed welcome service from Antonio being patient and showing me options. 10/10 going back to this new location always !!

By far my favorite smoke shop in Seattle. I loved it at the old location but this one is even better! Super well-lit, great selection and the prices are killer. Hannah and the rest of the employees are friendly and helpful. I try not to shop anywhere else, that's how much I like it.

I love this place where the prices but even more for the people that work there. Carlos is my favorite!! Hes super friendly and helpful.
