This place doesn’t have a warranty on purchased items. I bought a pen battery and asked the worker if I could come back if it doesn’t work and he assured me it would work. I’ve tried multiple chargers on it and the battery doesn’t work. Complete waste of money and I can’t return it for a new one. I’d recommend picking a place with a warranty over this place. Edit since I can’t reply to the owner: (1) there are multiple smoke shops in Seattle that offer warranties since pen batteries are known to be faulty. (2) I know how a pen works, it doesn’t turn on or light up no matter how many times I press the button (3) I’m not trying to rag on a small business, I just think it’s unfair to charge a consumer for something that doesn’t work and be unwilling to help. I would come back here if I needed something different that didn’t require a battery (e.g., bongs, pipes, etc)

I really like the people that work here. They're very nice and very helpful. I wish I lived closer to the shop because I would shop here on a daily for my cigarettes and such. If you're in the area I highly suggest you visit this place. They may not have very much stuff there but they have what you need. And if they don't have what you need they can generally point you in the right direction or help you with a substitute. Thank you JDM smoke shop for your kindness, great prices and helpfulness.

it’s very nice i love the service there, the service is very fast and straight forward and the guy is very talkative and sweet. i would 100% recommend going here they sell high quality bongs and other useful items too
