Even though this place is going through some remodeling I still enjoyed the mellow atmosphere. I love that there were many people of color there and a lot of men lol! I love the Afrobeats music playing, everyone was so chill and relaxed! The customer service was excellent, knowledgeable and made a great suggestion for a hookah flavor since I’m inexperienced. The hookah was so good and clean! There are a large variety of hookah flavors that can be mixed. The good news is there will be a bar coming soon! I’m looking forward to seeing what this place will look like after the renovations. Medina will be my regular hookah spot for sure!!

Very picky about who they serve and how they treat you. I have been here 3 times and I was treated poorly 2/3 times. The first time was fine. The second time they turned me away but let my boyfriend in. The third time they didn’t even bring me a hookah for over 20 minutes! But most hookah lounges in the area are closed so this review won’t mean much. Definitely the last time I come here.

Just your average hookah lounge with your average Al Fakhr tobacco based hookahs. These days if you don't carry the more potent Dark Side style tobacco you are missing out. The hookah was decently made and came out under 10 minutes. While the hookah itself was solid I am not a big fan of the disposable plastic hose Turning the coals: the person responsible checked in regularly, asking to turn the coals. So there is that service. I'd come back here in pinch though it would be great if they upgraded their offering. Hookah costs around 30$.

I paid $20 at the door and then I was charged $45 for my hookah while others got charged $28 for the hookah, that’s not the issue. I got my hookah and the flavor was not right so I asked the staff right away if he can change it for me. It didn’t seem like he wanted to change it for me so he came up with an excuse to avoid remaking the hookah for me, and told me that it will take 30 minutes to remake the head because he says it’s “busy” while I’m sitting here with a group of my friends and I see that everyone in the lounge already have their hookahs. So I told him it shouldn’t need to 30 mins to make the hookah. He ended up taking my hookah to remake it and I have yet to get my hookah while it’s already been way past the time he has told me. This is not a way to treat any customer this way specially when you are charging someone $45 for a hookah. There’s no reason for the staff to be giving me attitude when I’m just asking a simple request. As a customer I have the right to complain to the staff if I’m not happy with the hookah. I had to ask a different staff for my hookah and he was able to make it right away. Anyways, thank you for the experience but I will not be returning here until the service improves in here.

As someone who have smoked hookah all around the world, this is not only the best location in Seattle but one of the best in the United States. The environment is really amazing, the hookah is always on point and Dawit always makes sure that you are taken care of. There isn’t enough good things to say about this place!! 10 out of 10!!!
