I have been visiting this shop several times over the past couple of months and am purchasing non alcoholic wines which Is new for me. Every time I have received advice, help and just superior customer service. Today was an example: while checking out with Teresa I asked about the availability of a case. She immediately called another staff member who searched and found exactly what I wanted. I should also note that Teresa has been a great help and has a personality that is positive and ensures a happy visit.

Excellent new store. Fantastic selection, much better than Bevmo. Super friendly staff ready to help. Great lighting. Large parking lot. Extremely huge wine selection. Tons of booze, out of this world selection. Immense craft beer selection. Large cigar selection. You can even fill your Growlers here.

We love going here to explore and try new wines. There was a wine we saw online but were unable to find it in the store. The employee was quick to help us and get the wine down from storage. Great customer service!

Very educated staff helped me find options for my house party jungle juice. Definitely reccomend. Best prices for bottles ive found in the area.

I've been to this total wine two times. I feel awful that I cannot remember their name, but one of the staff with colored hair both times have made my visit an absolute joy. The first time, my friend described the cocktail they wanted, and without a beat this employee pointed out precisely the correct drink for the job; they turned out fantastic! The second time, I went half-desperate to find a wine from a very specific region where I grew up. I'd no luck finding a wine from there before on the west coast, and had been searching for a half hour when I asked them. They pointed the one type they had out immediately; I was astounded at their memory. I just opened it for a celebration with friends, and it was incredible. Thank you so much, for making two events of mine incredible through amazing service :D
