Got charged $3.50 for filters I was told would cost $3. Everywhere else these raw filters are $2. I can understand being a bit more expensive than the nearby competition, but there’s no service being provided that warrants that up charge. And then just to nab an extra fifty cents off me… I’d say have some shame but you guys seem incapable of that. It’s nice seeing fathers and sons running a family business, but it’s hard to support when their business practices are so cheap.

Had to ask for the total price 3 times and got 3 very different hushed numbers. You don't get to see what is rung up or your total. Cancelled the sale and walked out. Super sketchy place. The employee didn't even seem to be all there. Tried to give me the wrong product, had to repeat it and basically do their job for them. Didn't seem to be able to even read product names. -100/10 - I suggest you choose nearly any place else.

Went to buy a bong, got upsold for a cool looking one which I didn’t mind, but I specifically asked if it works with water, which I was told a resounding yes and some gestures showing how, it looked like a pipe to me so I ask again and another resounding yes. I get home and realize it was, in fact, a pipe. I call and ask to come and return, and am told no returns. I ask for an exchange and they hung up on me. Dirty shop with bad service and workers don’t care, take your business elsewhere.

I was visiting out of town for a family birthday party and am not familiar with local shops that carry Kratom, but needed some hangover relief before my return trip home. I searched places close to our hotel and was warmly welcomed at Zik Seattle Smoke Shop by Hassan who helped me find the 7 ohms brand of high quality Kratom I asked about (has helped immensely with hangovers in the past). The shop carries a wide variety of the brand and even has the original better quality of the 14 mg tablets that other stores have been out of for a long time. The difference is quickly noticed by the color and texture of the tablets (red orange color versus the not as effective light yellow that is more powdery). I was thrilled to see that Zik’s had the original quality in stock and at the same price as small town east side stores which is great for Seattle considering the usual mark up. Anyway, just wanted to share in case this little shop can help another person like it helped me. Thank you Hassan and Zik’s!!

Great selection. But pricing on products change weekly. I showed proof of the price change and got excuses saying that the price hasn’t changed.
