As a cigar and pipe tobacco enjoyer for over a decade I leave this tobacconist feeling like a million bucks every time. Solomon is very knowledgeable and every recommendation has been excellent. On top of that he is extremely friendly and professional. He doesn't make you feel dumb if you're new to the game either which can be a problem with a lot of tobacconists. I highly recommend this establishment to any and everyone.

I was just running some errands and glanced over and saw this cigar shop. I figured it's been awhile and I deserve to treat myself to a cigar... Well I left with several. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was approached immediately as if I had my own butler. Although they didn't have exactly what I was looking for they easily were able to cater to my preferences. I was lucky enough to walk in while they had a promotion going on also. I just can't tell my lady how much I spent... Thank you guys and cheers!

Had a great time meeting the owner Solomon and Connor. This is a solid place, and Solomon is passionate about cigars- knows his stuff. The shop has a strong and growing humidor, and a ton of cool accessories. I was in town for work and stopped by to attend his event featuring Drew Estate cigars. He set up a tent out back and chilled for almost 3 hours-great time and cool folks filtered in and out. I stopped in the day before and they weren’t set up to smoke out back- so Sol recommended a couple of places- great recs. Not many owners would do that, pointing to another biz, but that was a CLASS move. I’ll come back next time I’m in town. He also recommended a great stick, Connor MacGreggor’s celebrity line- it was good! Highly recommended!

The other reviewers before me were not exaggerating in the slightest. Solomon is truly someone who absolutely radiates his passion for his wares, a warm demeanor, and vast knowledge. Just as a walk-in customer I got what could only be labeled as "white-glove service" and this was before even walking through the door; this began when inquiring over the phone. I personally only came because of a boutique accessory I saw in the background of a photo posted by another reviewer. For context, this is something you just, dont see in stores. Let alone chains of stores. An IM Corona OEM Pipe Lighter with design by Savinelli. Widely considered the "meta" in pipe enthusiast forums. And the cherry on top? It was priced the same as anywhere online you could source one reputably: but alongside the benefit of supporting a local small business- -He left me armed with the knowledge to use and care for this piece for years to come. If you're reading this review and contemplating, the shop and wares are one thing. But the owner? Just go meet him. Trust me.

I had the chance to stop by Cigar House while I was in Spokane and was really impressed with the shop. The store is extremely clean, well organized, and very welcoming when you walk in. Their walk-in humidor has a great selection of premium cigars and everything looked properly stored and maintained. What really stood out to me though was the pipe tobacco selection. They carry both tins and bulk blends, which you don’t see in every shop these days. They also have a nice selection of pipes and accessories, so whether you’re a cigar smoker or a pipe smoker there’s plenty to browse. Overall it’s a well stocked shop with a great atmosphere. If you’re in Spokane and enjoy cigars or pipe tobacco, it’s definitely worth stopping in.
