One of the worst experiences with returns or tried exchanging item that I have ever had and even worse with the girls customer service skills! She needs to learn to take a bit of constructive criticism and what the word work means!!!!

The lady who works there is the nicest lady ever! Even after her store has been broken into multiple times, she always had a smile on her face when I come in and is always so pleasant to talk to!

I've been a loyal customer at this shop for years, and it has consistently provided a top-notch experience. The shop is always clean, and the customer service is exceptionally positive. If they don’t have the product I need, they go the extra mile to find it for me. The prices are very reasonable, especially in these difficult times, and I hope inflation will ease soon. What sets this shop apart is the personal connection I’ve developed. Over the years, it feels like I’ve made a friend here. I can confidently say I’ll be a customer for life—at least until my adventures take me to Asia, where I’ll continue my journey in another part of the world. If you are going to call yourself a cigar shop then you need to treat your cigars with respect. People spend good money buying cigars and should not have to deal with dry or stale cigars. This is basic. Went there one time to see what they had and bought my favorite cigar and was disappointed in the quality and taste. This shop is not using humidors to keep their products fresh. Tinder Box is literally down the road and I would suggest you spend your money there
