I enjoy going there and visiting with the Guys. Each of them is interesting to chat with. I also enjoy playing ball with Biscuit. Awesome Dog! Gives me a warm fuzzy to see Buscuit as I'm 67 and can't have a dog myself where I live. Buscuit is perfect for customer relations and probably higher sales. Thanks for those 15 minutes of joy.

I love the convenience of location as I work near by but one star because we miss biscuit! Its not the same without getting to be greeted by her and see her cute outfits and scarves ❤️ when i get to see her again at work is when I'll start coming back but from here on out I will not be going to any of the 3 locations.

Prices are lower then most. Most employees are extremely friendly& helpful but today I was very disappointed when I went in. I look forward to seeing the dog Biscuit but was told he can't bring the dog in anymore. It makes me want to go somewhere else. Biscuit alway brings a smile to my face & I will miss that.

Great selection of supplies and friendly staff. i’ve been going here for years but I don’t think I will be anymore knowing that biscuit isn’t allowed to be there :( she always put a smile on my face and made my day 100x better. I only go to this location and this really disappointed me.. Do better!!

The people are very nice. But biscuit isn’t there to greet me now. Really miss that girl. She’s awesome.
