So there’s always Two sides of the story n Man came in Very aggressive n already yelling at The manager, manager Told him that they don’t Do refunds cuz it was a debit transactions n that they would exchange him for 2 new batterys that’s more expensive n reliable n he denied the request n started yelling about wanting hes dang money rn so the manager told him that he can call hes bank to reimbursed the charge n he can still keep the battery’s 🔋 for the trouble but he went off n started yelling like a lunatic at the manager about being scammed n the store being a scam n also went out side screaming at other customers n yelling at them about him being scammed. One thing is that Happy Time tries there best to help there customers n they where even welling to give him 2 new battery’s n for him to even call he’s bank for him to reimbursed the charge. Very angry customer

Do not shop here! Bought a battery, it didnt work so I returned it the day. I was told my money was refunded but that I had to buy another battery. So I bought another battery and was told my refund would be back within 1 to 2 days. Well after 4 days I returned to the store to ask why I hadn't received my refund yet, and was told by a different person that they dont do refunds even though they said they had already processed the refund 4 days earlier. Very shady business. Will never go there again.
