All be aware that the smoke shop in Belington is a rip off. The price and product being sold are not good quality. Just bought a vape and walked outside tried to use it did not work walked right back inside less then 5 minutes. The vape was defective but the counter person would not even exchange for one that worked just pointed out a sign the said that they will not refund if you leave the store before checking to see if the product works. Be safe and don't use this store. The law is the law. lemon laws apply in the state of WV and getting a car or goods and services. It still applies. When I called the Phone number to contact the owner or manager .The phone number is no longer in service or a working phone number. This is noted. I will not provide this store nor will I bring my clients back to this location. Enter at your own risk.
