I gave this shop more than one chance, but unfortunately had issues both times. On a previous visit, I purchased a mod vape and was sold the wrong replacement pod. When I went back, they refused to refund or correct the mistake, even though it was their error. Hoping for a better experience, I returned and bought another vape. I was told they could open it to make sure it worked. The first one was cracked and didn’t hit properly, so they opened a second one—which was also cracked. When I asked for a working product, the manager became rude and argumentative instead of handling the situation professionally. I ended up asking for a refund, but was only given $16 back when I originally paid $17.11. Overall, not a good experience. Between being sold the wrong items, defective products, poor customer service, and not receiving a full refund, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

This has been the best vape shop I've ever went to. I dont go for prices I think the prices are more actually then where I used to go. Im new to the area and its walking distance from my house so I like the convenience. But honestly the reason I love this place so much is the man that works there. Hes always there when I go. He remembered me so easy the second time I went in after the first time. It was actually nice he remembered me like that. Hes always so polite he knows what I like. Hes always so kind and everytime I go and walk out im smiling. Hes so dang sweet its like he tries to make sure to take extra care of me for some reason. Ive never had anyone treat me like that. Many others in shops I've went to have always been kind but its like he goes above that kindness others have and it just makes for a nice experience in there. Im someone that's about the people at places. The more I like the people the more I'll go. And I keep going back. I really recommend this place. Id give 10 stars if I could. Thank you for the service you provide.

Can't stand when places don't have someone there at a decent time so the store can be up and going at 8 when it says operating. Waste of time and gas to drive across town because they lie and say opens at 8 Not the same as arrives at 8

Very kind, patient and understanding. They have great prices, pieces and atmosphere too. I enjoy my visits.
