Super friendly, efficient & helpful staff. Great selection. They're always happy to make recommendations & answer questions. I never feel rushed here, but they don't waste my time either. Reasonable prices. This is the only vape shop I go to now. Highly recommend.

I come to foul cloud every payday and buy enough off-stamp crystal cube pods to last me until my next payday. This past Thursday when I got paid I bought 2 pods. The first 1 I bought was starting to get low this morning so I opened my second one. Unfortunately it was defective. I went back as soon as I could which was this afternoon. The only thing they could do to make this right was give me 10% off of a new pod due to their policy. They will not replace it refund anything after 24 hours of purchase. I have never bought multiple pods, opened them and tested them within 24 hours. I won't be returning. These pods are too expensive to buy somewhere that offers no protection if I buy something that turns out to be defective.

I’ve always had great experiences here but today I went to pick up a replacement atomizer for the puff co peak. I was shocked when the price was more than double of what you can get them online for. Normally they go for 30$ ish. They had a price tag for 80$ I said that seems insanely over price. They responded: yeah their all most the cost of the device….. what? Then when they rang it up it came to 60$ ? I’m all down for supporting small businesses but not at the cost of paying double. I’m gonna call tomorrow an verify that their wasn’t some sort of mistake made.
