If I could give no stars I would . Guy was working night shift, had long hair, didn’t catch his name but he was so rude. And then after asking to buy a vape he said no because he had a personal issue with someone who was in my car not even in the store. Maybe train your employees that your business isn’t about their personal issues and they are there to do a job or get employees that want to do their job.

Very expensive and then forgot to give me my one hitter I paid for!!! Finally after going back the next day they found it in the back and said a customer paid for it and left it Duhh!! 🙃 They shouldn't be staying that stoned at work if they can't do their jobs right!

I was sold gummies what were almost 4 months expired, the gummies were hard as a rock and unsafe to consume. I was refused an exchange or refund by the boss of the store even though I returned right after the purchase… do not go here unless you want to get ripped off. Thrax is a great company and it’s not their fault that Mr Smoke on 10th st stocks expired gummies. The sales associate was nice and very apologetic he called the supervisor but the supervisor would not allow him to do the exchange. Expiration date is in the pic near the “100” mark 04/24 purchased on 7/19/24
