Very friendly staff and best deals I've ever seen. If you aren't shopping here, you're wasting your money. Locally owned and managed is always nice to see!

After they got raided, it's not worth going in there. I guess unless you know someone and they get the stuff out the back. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Literally took someone here earlier today and they got some good looking stuff, and I come back a few hrs later and they act like they don't know what I'm talking about. 😂👍🏻

Shop employee took my ID (Tennessee "REAL ID") and proceeded to tell me that because it wasn't a stiff card and could bend, that the ID was fake. I then pulled out my military ID to show him I am in fact 23 and the employee (A guy who gets paid to check ID's) proceeded to tell me he has no idea what he was looking at. Then he educated me on what stolen valor was, and eventually a cop came and confirmed my ID was real. The ignorance on display at the shop was mind blowing and both employees should conduct research on the various ID's they're being paid to check.

Ever since the first time that I entered The Plug establishment the Employees were very polite and helpful wonderful pricing, great atmosphere and a place I call My Spot. So glad they came to Huntington everyone I know will know about this place aka My Spot!!!!

Employees are amazing and they have an AMAZING selection of all kinds of products! Definitely the best in town! Great prices too:)
