I purchased a Delta 8 CBD vape pen from Vape + in Ceredo, WV for my medical condition (fibromyalgia). My daughter spent over $30 on the product for me. When we got it home, I charged it as instructed, but the device does not work at all. It has never functioned since purchase, even after being fully charged. We contacted the store and were told all sales are final. I understand store policy for normal returns or buyer’s remorse. However, this was not a change of mind situation. The product is defective and completely nonfunctional. In West Virginia, “all sales final” policies generally do not remove responsibility for defective or nonworking products, since items are still expected to work as intended at the time of sale. We were simply asking for a replacement or store credit for a product that does not work.

These bad reviews of not exchanging vapes after a customer leaves and come back are clearly malicious, I have shopped at many vape shops and it’s a nation wide policy for Many reasons, including sanitation.there are signs all over and staff always encourage customers to try their vape before they leave. I will be a loyal repeat customer fore sure . Oh and they have the friendliest most loving cat in the store I have ever seen !!
