I won’t go here again, the “red head” wasn’t helpful. & Had no Knowledge for a customer who asked a simple question. This is pathetic service! Not everyone is a thief and when you walk in that is the vibe you get, i have never been able to get any questions answered nor the help for a product i am searching for without certain things in it. She didn’t “know” which products did not have delta in it. I found it nasty she was not eager to help someone spending their money is here. Last time here, i should have cancelled my transaction instead. This isn’t the first time with this experience either. Can we normalize having people educated on these things instead of brushing people off? It would be helpful for all

Came in to grab a new vape. The gentleman behind the counter, Rob, I believe it was, made sure to greet us with a hearty hello even though he was busy speaking with another patron. He made suggestions for flavours of vapes for stuff that I liked and was quite knowledgeable on everything we spoke about. Overall a great interaction.

I purchased a bottle at Smoker Friendly / Big Apple Liquors and was charged an extra 2.5% fee for using a credit card, but wasn’t told about it until after the transaction was complete. The fee was only mentioned on the printed receipt, not disclosed by the cashier or clearly posted at checkout. When I brought it up, the staff just said it was “posted around the store,” but that doesn’t help when you're already at the register and weren’t told upfront. This is a shady business practice, and customers deserve transparency before paying. I won’t be returning.

Friendly staff nice store good location. Gets very busy at times. But the people that work there are fantastic people. Never have had a bad experience here.

This location now has a new Manager (Holly). The customer service is top tier! Variety of products has improved along with the look of the store. Vape selection is amazing and the prices on glass pieces are the best in the area. You gotta go in and check these guys out, they are also very helpful. :)
