I had a disappointing experience at Smoke Zone. I stopped in because they carried a specific product I was looking for. The woman with black hair who helped me did locate the item, so I appreciate that, but the overall interaction left me feeling unwelcome. She seemed suspicious of me from the beginning. I can’t say for certain why, but it felt like I was being judged, possibly because of my tattoos. When I asked questions about the product, she gave very short responses and didn’t seem interested in helping beyond the basics. What made me the most uncomfortable happened at checkout. After verifying my ID, which I completely understand since the products are age-restricted, I was then asked to show the back of the credit card I was using to pay. I’ve never been asked to do that at any other vape shop or retail store. I later spoke with a few of my employees who had recommended Smoke Zone to me, and they told me they have never been asked to do that there. That made the experience feel even more unusual and left me feeling singled out. I’ve owned Mr. Magic Car Wash in Star City for over five years, and I understand the importance of customer service and treating everyone with respect. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel uncomfortable rather than valued as a customer. I hope management reviews how customers are treated so others don’t leave feeling the way I did.

Undoubtedly the best shop in Morgantown, the manager Leslie is always extremely helpful. Many times, she goes out of her way to ensure I find what I need. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

I've always had a great experience here and Leslie is always more than happy to help and has great patience!! All of the workers are friendly and they have a great selection of items

I’ve gone in here every day for at least the last year, and I’ve never once had a bad experience or left feeling unsatisfied! Good deals, great products, and all the employees are super friendly too!!! 10/10 I definitely recommend!!

Always helpful friendly staff. Quality products. Fair pricing. One of the best run shops in town.
