Excellent customer service and excellent options to choose from very reasonable prices It won’t let me

The vape juices were expired by 2 years. Charged full price when I pointed out the juices were out of date the emotee said yeah they are all pretty much expired so what do you want to do do you want them or not.

Vape prices are about average. Friendly staff. Nice selection

I have been coming to this location since it opened. It has never had the best customer service, but I could usually tolerate it. After my experience today however, I will not be returning. I purchased a vape from here for around $30 and later that evening it had stopped functioning. I returned to the store and told the man working about the issue. He then tried giving me a replacement that was cheaper and in a completely different flavor. I asked him to replace it with a product of equal value and he then said "It is a manufacturer problem I cannot give you a refund." Imagine if you spent money on a brand new tire, then after installation you noticed there is a massive hole in it. Imagine the frustration if the retailer then told you that you cannot get a refund because it is a "manufacturing problem." In summary, this store has a large selection of products, but I would recommend going to any other vape store in the area opposed to this one if you value quality products and helpful customer service.
