Everyone in this establishment is very nice and understanding . They answered all of my questions and even gave me extra facts . I would definitely recommend the Virginia store as they have EVERYTHING . Again 10/10 and the magic chocolate strawberry smoothie. Amazing !

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Soul Vapor was so unprofessional and frustrating that I felt obligated to warn others. I visited this shop the night before they closed and purchased a Digiflavor Sour Apple Ice vape. Immediately after leaving, the device glitched and stopped working—the screen froze, and it wouldn’t hit. I tried charging it, resetting it, and troubleshooting everything I could. Nothing worked. The next morning, I called the shop to explain the situation. I was told that the person I spoke to needed to check with their manager and to call back in a couple hours. I did. When I called back, I was told (for the second time) that I needed to wait even longer—because their manager “sleeps all day and stays up all night.” Seriously? This happened three separate times throughout the day, with me calling, waiting, and getting brushed off with excuses. Finally, after wasting half my day, I was told I couldn’t get a refund OR exchange. I even offered to just swap it for another vape, because I liked the flavor and assumed it was a manufacturing error—not the store’s fault. But they still refused to help or make it right. So let me get this straight—I drove 30 minutes out of my way just to get sold a dead vape, and instead of owning the issue or working with me, they wasted my entire day, passed the buck, and then flat-out refused to do anything about it. Soul Vapor is a scam shop. No respect for your time or money. No accountability. No customer service. Just take your cash and ignore you when something goes wrong, I suggest anyone reading this go literally anywhere else.

I absolutely love this establishment, the owners and the staff!! So many quality products to choose from and very knowledgeable about every item! If they don’t have exactly what you want, they will get it! There is always something new and different to see each time I visit and they continue to raise the bar for competition (although there is none). Not to mention, the convenient locations make getting in and out a breeze with ample parking! The attentive staff even gives shoppers with the smallest amount of time available a personalized experience! Ask for Noah when you drop in, although everyone is thoroughly trained!

The establishment and the man working the counter …. Exceptional. However I used my cash app card to purchase a vape. The money came out my account but was told it said error on the cash register end ???? I did not receive the vape and disputed the charges. I was called back by customer support at cash app who stated the money 57.77 was deposited into Soul Vapor account that I needed to reach back out. I have several times with no help. I only ask that their deposit be looked at I can provide a transaction number date and time.
