I go to their shop out of sheer convenience. The staff has always need very nice but they never seem to have the same juices as the previous visit. Very disappointed

I am only goving 1 star because I have to but I usually order all of my vape products online because it's way cheaper but my vape broke and I needed one ASAP. I went to this shop because it's close to my house. I got there and bought the same exact vape I had that broke when I got home I opened the box and noticed that the tank had juice In it like it had been used. I was just going to ignore it because I had my a different brand tank I like better anyway. Then the vape wouldn't work at all. It kept saying no optimizer when I tried using it. So I took it back to have it exchanged. When I got there and told the guy the tank was used he acted like I was lying and kept saying there's no way. He was very rude to me and was yelling at me. Mind you I just spent 120$ not even 30 minutes before so I was heated as well because he acted like I was making this up. All I wanted was to be switched out. He kept telling me I would have to come back tomorrow because he would have to call his boss well call him now I was saying. He even bumped into something and broke glass and tried saying he was going to call the cops on me for breaking shit when I was all the way across the other side of the store. And he was the one that broke shit shit Well he eventually called his boss and switched me vapes but now that vape won't even turn on.im furious at this point I want my money back and they will never see me again again. Theu are way over priced any way the vape I bought was 90$ when online it was only 50 and their juice is 25 when I cant it the same.juoce for 8 online.

I dont see how they stay in business there never open nobody is ever there you look online it says there open but you go by there all the lights are off and doors are locked they keep that up the doors be locked for good some way to run a business

Went in to get some vape juice. I chose the Juice Head because it's always good and was marked $19.99. When I went to pay, the girl told me it was $32 or something like that. I pointed out it was marked $19.99. She then offered it to me for $24.99. NOPE! Bait and switch much? Won't be going back...
