Have to give these women a great review. I lost my phone in an Uber and was stuck in town. They helped me get my phone back plus helped me get a ride. The lady that took me home was a really great person too.

The only place I enjoy shopping at these days. They have the friendliest, and most helpful staff around.

Christina, the manager is awesome. The store has plenty of merchandise options. My only complaint is that the last time I made a purchase, which was a week ago, they've started charging a 2.5% fee to use a debit/credit card. I mean what retail store does that. Court house, utility bills are one thing but for a retail store that's very surprising. Also, I'm not saying there wasn't a sign posted about it, but I didn't notice one. Anyways, that's my rant. Other than that St. Albans SF is great! 👍

I love this location!!! I occasionally go to other ones and those folks are nice too, but this store is amazing! It’s always well kept and clean, well stocked, etc. On numerous occasions I’ve been in, looking for something that is currently out of stock and they’ll have it ordered or transferred ASAP, even if it’s something small or doesn’t cost much. I come here for my smokes, vape stuff, energy supplements and even just to grab a soda. As a matter of fact, I drive very slightly out of my way nearly every morning to stop in, even if it’s just to grab some caffeine instead of stopping at a convenience store that’s on the way to work. The staff here is out of this world!!! I’ve been going here for years here and there and in the last year or so I’m there every day just because of the customer service. Once these folks know your name, they’ll greet you by it every time you walk through the door. I always feel like I’m going in to an old country store based on the way I’m treated. Always a warm welcome and genuine kindness!!! Christina, Trina, Vicky and Rachel are the absolute BEST, hands down. 10/10 recommend to anyone!!! Whether you need smokes, vape juice or just a snack and a Mt Dew, please give these folks your business!

St Albans SF Welcoming and most of the time has products in stock. Noticed a round up when using my PayPal debit card. I bought $9.76 was rounded up to $10.00 and I am not sure where the .24 cents ended up.
