Very nice and helpful! We are from out of town and looking for a good vape shop. We found one! They ID so that is a good thing!! Very good pricing and good quality product!

Very nice experience will stop again when in the neighborhood!

By far the best Vape shop within 100 miles. Helpful, friendly, convenient, and goes above and beyond for their customer. I've been to more than a few in the Ohio Valley and have only actually purchased something from 3. I've decided to make Ella Vape my go to shop now. Been a faithful customer since they opened and I will never hesitate to recommend them.

We love Jess and all of her staff. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. They constantly bring in new products and e-liquid companies and flavors. So you can expect to see a new flavor at each visit. It's great for new and experienced vapors.

Found the cashier rather rude and condescending. Heavy set guy with colorful hair. Normally most employees there are decent but this guy shouldn't be in customer service. Place has a great owner and is a nice little store other than that.
