The never keep stuff in stock they was supposed to order my product and I went to get it today and they didn’t have it so they lied to me and that’s not how you do business I would not recommend this place at all they are not very good service if I could get out of it I wouldn’t even give them one Star

Bought a Smok novo 3 kit. Was told when I bought it if I had any problems at all out of it to bring it back and they would take care of it. Stopped working bring it back guy tells me I think it’s your battery tells me to come back another day. Definitely would not recommend this place and will never get another penny from me. This is how new it is still have box and one of the pods.

If I could give you negative stats I would. I’ve been a loyal customer since yall opened. Today I went in after being told I could exchange a vape that didn’t work, only to told I was liar and a thief. I have never stolen from this establishment nor anywhere for that matter and I have no reason to lie. Will never do business with this establishment again.

First time here and this place is so big and clean. They have everything you can think of. Ry was so friendly and helpful highly recommend if you are in Weston. Purchased three Hyde vapes one wasn't working and leaked all over called up told me to bring it back and exchanged it immediately thank you Ry!!

Real cool place. The new guy Pat, such a great help. Funny how he and I both heard a door open and close, but not a soul was there. Thanks for your help and I hope your back feels better. See y'all soon
