Used to come here all the time, loved this shop. Till I bought a jar of pre-rolls that was improperly sealed, and when I brought it back was told all sales are final. Seal looks burned, there's a hole in it and it's dark grey. Check your shit before you pay if they'll even let you, cos otherwise if you get messed up product they literally don't care. I will not be back

shopped here once before. tried to call to ask about a product and was rudely hung up on after initial introductions before i could even ask my question. tried calling back twice and was told not to call again. Highly Unprofessional and rude staff. DO NOT SHOP.

Random order: I bought a flavor for the shisha and it was expired, so I returned from the car to inform them that it was finished, so I decided to take a new one and found that they were all expired, so I asked the money from the employee, because I wanted to buy it from another store, but he refused, and the reason was that he could not return my money due to the rules of the store, so I left the money and the bill and walked away and told him I will. He took steps to return my money, but he was afraid and the money was returned to me

Went in just after opening. The worker was nice, and it looked like a nice selection of a lot of things. Certainly a LOT of types of papers lol.
