I was on an e-scooter, didn't even make it past the meats before I couldn't carry anymore. Just moved here and had interactions that were so friendly and helpful. Plus, the amount of food was amazing. I'll be going back on the bus next time to be able to carry all they offer. Broke my rib 3 weeks ago, so haven't been able to work and their generosity is left me quite speechless. Thank you to all that volunteer and donate.

If you’re not shopping at A-Z Vapor, you’re doing it wrong. Period. This place is stacked, clean, organized, and has EVERYTHING — but the real MVP here is Shaggy. Shaggy didn’t just “help” me — this man gave a full TED Talk on vapes, glass, and products. Super knowledgeable, insanely patient, and actually listens to what you want instead of just pushing random stuff. He broke everything down, gave real recommendations, and made sure I walked out with EXACTLY what I needed. No rush, no pressure, just straight-up top-tier customer service. You can tell Shaggy actually cares about customers, not just sales. Chill vibe, great energy, funny as hell, and beyond helpful. If customer service had a Hall of Fame, this dude would already be in it. Clean store. Massive selection. Great prices. Elite service. Ask for Shaggy — you won’t regret it.

I bought a vape battery charger and it didn’t work. They did replace the first one. Two days later, after the second one also didn’t work they refused to offer a refund or even a store credit. I used new batteries when using. I used a surge protector and two different plugs. You would think a store that sell addictive products would try to keep their clients.

The guy that seems to be always working in there is extremely rude and doesn’t seem like he likes customers at all . I have been in there three times total hoping some one else will be there working. If you ask him any questions there always short and snarky, also if you want items from behind the glass he literally is so annoyed with you to go get what you need . This place has very nice stuff we bought serval things but the customer service is absolutely trash will find another place now . Several other friends had warned me about this place and I guess they were right .

I enjoy their selections but the younger blonde guy that's always working there is always so rude every time I come in, it's made me not want to go to this particular location anymore because if I have questions he's not helpful about the products at all, and seems irritated any time anyone asks questions about the products, it makes him seem really unknowledgeable about the products he's trying to sell. This is the only location I have encountered a rude employee at though, the other locations are great and the employees seem to know their products and are very friendly.
